			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Hines Austin is currently the President/Owner of Petro Evaluations in Lafayette.  He has extensive experience in the oil and gas industry and is a valuable longtime associate of D-O-R Engineering.  During his career, Mr. Austin has worked for major oil companies, large independents, and has run his own consulting practice. He has served as the president of Subsurface Consultants, which at the time, employed a staff of approximately 150 people worldwide.  He has supervised petroleum professionals over numerous drilling and workover projects, as well as managing operations of a petroleum consulting firm. His leadership of multi-disciplinary teams of geologists, geophysicists and engineers in developing computer programs for forecasting primary and enhanced recovery performance is invaluable.  Mr. Austin taught Petroleum Engineering to the industry and published a petroleum engineering manual.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>John Aldridge earned his Bachelor of Science in Petroleum Engineering from Louisiana State  University in 1969.  He worked for the Louisiana Office of Conservation for over 30 years, garnering a wide variety of experience, culminating in his appointment as the Director of the Engineering Division.  As the Director, he was responsible overseeing areas such as permitting, enforcement and oilfield site restoration.  Mr. Aldridge was further responsible for all aspects of oil and gas unitization hearings, including reviewing evidence and submitting recommendations to the Commissioner.  His experience as the Director of Engineering and his central role in unitization hearings brings valuable insight to D-O-R Engineering.</p>

He has solved problems in compression, gas lift, workovers, economics, reservoir performance, logging, drilling, pressure detection and water disposal.</p>
<p>Julius has performed consulting work in drilling systems analysis, energy inventions and training for Superior, Tenneco, Petrobras (Brazil), US Bureau of Standards and INA-NAFTAPLIN (Yugoslavia). Dr. Langlinais is a Registered Professional Engineer (Petroleum) in Louisiana and is active in SPE, Sigma Pi Sigma (Physics), Kappa Mu Epsilon (Math) and Phi Kappa Phi. He has some 25 publications and papers to his credit.</p>

Veazey, Sr. (Mike) was born in 1944.  He has two children and five grandchildren.  He holds BS (1966) and MS (1968) degrees in Petroleum Engineering from LSU.  While at LSU, he was elected to two Honorary Engineering Societies and one National Honorary Society.  He has been an active member of the Society of Petroleum Engineers since 1964 and the Society of Evaluation Engineers since 1994.  He has been a Registered Petroleum Engineer since 1972 and a Registered Environmental Engineer since 1994.  Mike has worked in a broad spectrum of the Petroleum Industry.  He began his career as a reservoir engineer for Chevron and has worked in various capacities for oil companies of all sizes.  He was on the faculty of the LSU Petroleum Engineering Department as an Assistant Professor from 1978 to 1983.  He has served as an Instructor in the LSU/IADC Well Control School, of which he was Director during his tenure at LSU.  Mike maintains his affiliation with the Department serving from time to time as an Adjunct Professor, most recently in 2007 as an instructor in Fluid Mechanics.  Mike’s primary professional occupation since 1984 has been as a petroleum consultant specializing in reservoir engineering and mineral management.</p>
<p>In May 2009, Mike acquired an equity position in the established consulting firm, D-O-R Engineering, Inc.  He is currently the President and Chief Executive Officer of the Company.  D-O-R is a full service petroleum consulting engineering firm that will complement the firm of Veazey and Associates, LLC, an oil and gas consulting firm located in Baton   Rouge, Louisiana, which Mike has owned since 1978.</p>

He then transferred to Louisiana State University in Baton Rouge where he received a Bachelor of Science degree in Petroleum Engineering in 2008.</p>
<p>Upon graduation from Louisiana State University, Matt worked for Pathfinder Energy Services based in Lafayette as an MWD Engineer in Arkansas, Louisiana, Texas and the Gulf of  Mexico.  In May 2009, Matt joined the D-O-R Engineering team and is actively involved in general consulting services, reserve management and mineral appraisals.</p>
<p>Matt is currently a member of SPE and AADE. He is actively working towards obtaining his license and becoming a professional engineer.</p>
<p>Matt is currently engaged to Brittany Salassi of French Settlement, Louisiana and they are to be wed in the spring of 2011.</p>

<p>Upon graduation from LSU, Jim joined Atlas Wireline and worked in Odessa and Laredo, Texas where he gained valuable experience in oil field operations.  He returned to Baton Rouge to work with the Louisiana Office of Conservation.  His five years at the Conservation Department provided special insight in the operations of this regulatory agency.  He was responsible for overseeing well site closure and restoration projects throughout the state of Louisiana.  Later, in the Inspection and Enforcement Section, he was responsible for statewide compliance issues.  He managed complaints from landowners and developed competence in mediating and resolving issues between landowners and oil and gas operators.  He is skilled in analyzing critical issues which may arise in oil and gas acquisitions, regulatory or unitization matters.  Jim is proficient in conducting research at the Office of Conservation and working with the staff regarding rules and policies as well as facilitating communication between the Office and oil and gas operators.</p>
<p>For the past ten years of his professional career, Jim has been a managing partner in the consulting firm Veazey and Associates providing services in reservoir engineering and other specialized areas of mineral management.  He is proficient and experienced in providing oil and gas fair market value appraisals for financial reports used in Securities and Exchange Commission filings, Canadian financial filings, FDIC reports, bank loans and estate successions.  He currently oversees the minerals management of over 50,000 acres held by two different school boards and assists with special projects involving large private landowners.  This work includes predicting reserve estimates as well as permitting, providing advice on leasing and scouting oil and gas activity.  Jim also serves as a qualified expert witness for depositions and court trials involving reservoir engineering and general oil and gas regulations and practices.<br />
